Currently, Mr. Carter serves as
Chairman of the Board. Those responsibilities began in
the spring of 2001.
Education: Graduating from
Anna-Jonesboro High School, Mr. Carter continued his
education at Eastern Illinois University. There, he
received his Bachelor’s degree in Education. Later, he
attained his Master’s degree from Southern Illinois
University.
Current Employment:
Pharmaceutical Sales
Community Involvements:
Union County Hospital District Board member, Community
Health Service Advisory Board member, membership at St.
Mary’s Catholic Church and the past President and
Secretary of the Anna District #37 School Board.

Education: After graduating from Shawnee High
School, Mr. Pearce continued his education at Murray
State University in Murray, Kentucky.
Current Employment: Mr.
Pearce has been in business for himself since 1979. His
experience has ranged from the hospitality industry,
restaurant ownership, nightclub ownership, real estate
and insurance sales and the direct sales industry.
Interesting Facts: Mr. Pearce has served on the
boards of several not-for-profit corporations.
Community Involvements:
Cairo Masonic Lodge member, K.I.M. Shrine Club member,
Ainad Shrine Temple member, Honorable order of Kentucky
Colonels member, Cairo Elks Lodge member, recognition in
Who’s Who in American Business, and Platinum

did post-graduate work in Reproductive Physiology.

Pharmaceutical Sales with Merial Ltd. (A Merk-Aventis
Company) as a Senior Sales Representative
Interesting Facts: Mr.
Wright has been involved in the animal health industry
for over 20 years.
Community Involvements:
Union County Economic Development Board member, Union
County Country Club member, Ducks Unlimited member,
Shawnee College Foundation Board member, member and
former Deacon of the First Evangelical Presbyterian
Church of Anna.
Mr. Wright says, “It’s

Hileman has worked in the field of mortuary science
since 1973, and in 1981 bought Norris & Son Funeral Home
where he began his career.
Community Involvements:
President of the Salem Lutheran Church Council, Union
County Country Club member, active Bethany Village Board
member, director for the St. John’s Cemetery Board
Mr. Hileman says, “The staff

obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in business management
and marketing.
Current Employment:
Insurance agent for Country Insurance and owner of
Jonesboro Autosource
Interesting Facts: Mr.
Meisenheimer actually began his career with Country
Insurance and Financial services, and has been an agent
with the company for more than 28 years.
Community Involvements:
Treasurer for the Union County Fair Board, Shawnee
Community College Foundation Board member, Illinois
Racking Horse Board member, also involved with the
Racking Horse Breeders Association of America
Mr. Meisenheimer says, “FNBJ,

of Union County residents achieve and obtain their goals

Wilkins actually began his career with FNBJ in 1982,
attaining the position of President in 1989. He has
served as a bank president longer than any other bank
president in the Anna-Jonesboro area.

President of the Union County Economic Board of
Directors, Treasurer of the Illinois Racking Horse
Association, Ducks Unlimited committee person, Illinois
Bankers Association committee person and is also
involved with the American Bankers Association
