Cardholder, now have two ways to sign up for the
Verified by Visa enrollment program:

Quick and Easy:
As a
cardholder, you can log on to:
http://usa.visa.com/personal/security/vbv/index.html,
enter your card number and verification information to
register. This site also provides a product
demonstration, a list of participating merchants,
participating issuers, and FAQ (frequently asked
questions). However, this site does not allow you to
add or make changes to existing profile information.

Comprehensive:
As a
cardholder, you can log on to:
http://secure5.arcot.com/vpas/fisa000803/i18n/en_US/index.html.
This site displays the same information as the above
site; however, it requires more personal information to
enroll. It does offer each cardholder the opportunity
to make changes in his or her VBV (Verified by Visa)
password or other profile information.
